In this section you briefly state your overall strategy for producing, distributing and promoting your products or services.

My Three (3) Business Idea Options

Generally, the answers to the first two questions will remain the same:

• WHAT - product or service are you going to sell?
• WHY - will your customers buy your product or service?

The answers to one or more of the last three questions should be changed to explore the three different options for your business ideas

• WHO - are you going to sell your product to?
• WHERE - are you going to sell your product or service?
• HOW - will you produce, distribute and promote your product or service?
